What Personal Information is Collected for SMS: When you opt-in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, your opt-in timestamp, and your carrier information. We also retain the content of the text messages you send to us and our responses.
How the Collected SMS Information is Used: We use your mobile phone number to send you both transactional and informational text messages. This includes, but is not limited to, admissions coordination, appointment reminders, program updates, and billing notifications. Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP”, “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any text message you receive from us.
