Radiancy Health operates behavioral health, mental health, and addiction recovery centers across multiple states, including our locations in Arizona (The Embers), New Jersey (The Garden), Pennsylvania (Lifeline), and Florida (The Lakes).

What Personal Information is Collected for SMS: When you opt-in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, your opt-in timestamp, and your carrier information. We also retain the content of the text messages you send to us and our responses.

How the Collected SMS Information is Used: We use your mobile phone number to send you both transactional and informational text messages. This includes, but is not limited to, admissions coordination, appointment reminders, program updates, and billing notifications. Your text message content is used to respond to your specific questions or needs and to facilitate your care journey with Radiancy Health.

How We Protect and Share Your Opt-In Information (SMS Privacy): We value your privacy and restrict the sharing of your mobile data. We will not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Explicit Restriction on Sharing: No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. * The only exceptions to this restriction are for internal service providers (such as the telecommunications platforms used to route the messages) solely for the purpose of transmitting our text messages to you, or when legally required by law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP”, “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any text message you receive from us.
